| Inspection Requirements | A roadworthiness inspection must be conducted by the Japan Auto Appraisal Institute (JAAI), and a certificate of compliance must be obtained. A pre-shipment inspection by an approved inspection agency, such as Bureau Veritas (BIVAC), is also mandatory. |
| Environmental Pollution Regulations | None (However, hybrid and electric vehicles receive special concessions). |

Deposit Payment
Once the conditions are met, please make the required deposit payment and proceed with bidding.
Either a minimum of 100,000 yen, if the car value to be bid on is less than a million yen or 10% of the value of the vehicle you want to purchase.
Transactions with Sri Lanka will be conducted through Letter of Credit (L/C) transactions.

Four Flexible Pricing Plans
We offer four pricing plans tailored to different business needs:
- Basic Plan: ¥80K (for those purchasing 10 or more cars per month)
- Dealer Plan: ¥80K + 3% (for those purchasing 3 to 9 cars per month)
- Private Plan: ¥90K + 5%
- Premium Plan: ¥400K + 5%

You will make the payment based on the invoice received from the auction venue.
All invoices from the auction are fully disclosed, ensuring transparency.

Container & RORO Arrangement
To ensure the fastest delivery of your vehicle, we will book and arrange the earliest available ship.
The transit time for a RORO ship or container ship from Japan to Ireland is approximately 40 days.

What are the disadvantages of purchasing a vehicle through an auction?
You have only a limited time to inspect the vehicle, request a translation of the auction sheet, and place a bid.
This is truly a fast-paced process, and while it may feel overwhelming at first, you will get accustomed to it in a short time.
What happens after purchasing a vehicle?
After the purchase, we handle all aspects of the export process.
Your main task is to place bids based on the vehicle's mileage, condition, and market price.
If you purchase multiple vehicles, you can choose between RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping or container shipping.
Can I obtain CO₂ and NO₂ emission data for my vehicle?
Whenever possible, we make an effort to retrieve the relevant emission data for the vehicle you purchased.
We have extensive experience with vehicle data, so if such data is not available for certain vehicles, we will inform you before your purchase.
Shipping Time – How long does it take for my vehicle to arrive in Sri Lanka?
The estimated time from the moment of purchase until the vehicle arrives in Sri Lanka is approximately 25 days.
