Year-End & New Year Holiday Notice and Our New Challenges for 2026

As we approach the end of 2025, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support throughout the year.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our overseas customers, as well as all auction houses across Japan, for their continued cooperation and support.

Year-End & New Year Holiday Schedule

Please find our year-end and New Year schedule below.

■ Office Closure

Our office will be closed during the following period:

Office Closed:
December 27, 2025 – January 5, 2026

We will reopen and resume normal operations on:
January 6, 2026

During this period, responses to inquiries from overseas customers will be temporarily paused.
All inquiries will be handled sequentially after we reopen.

■ Auction Schedule

Japanese auto auctions will operate on the following schedule:

• Final auction day of 2025: Saturday, December 27, 2025
• First auction day of 2026: Monday, January 5, 2026

Please note that auction schedules may vary slightly by auction house.

A Brief Look Ahead to 2026

In 2026, Provide Cars will be taking an important step forward.

We are currently preparing to launch a shared inventory system that brings together vehicles listed by dealerships across Japan on AUCNET.
Unlike traditional auction formats, this is a fixed-price wholesale marketplace where each seller displays their own set wholesale price.

Because this system is not auction-based, it does not mean prices are higher.
Instead, transactions are conducted at fair and reasonable market prices, based on vehicle condition and current market value.

With no time limits or bidding competition:

• Beginners can start wholesale purchasing with confidence, as prices are easy to understand and compare
• Experienced professionals can instantly assess vehicle value from the listed information, significantly reducing the time required for purchasing decisions

As a result, overall operational efficiency is greatly improved.

In addition, the system is being developed with a more user-friendly and intuitive interface, rather than conventional trading screens.
This design allows overseas customers to search, review, and evaluate vehicles smoothly and efficiently.

Through this initiative, Provide Cars aims to deliver:

• Clear and accurate vehicle information
• Higher usability and faster decision-making compared to conventional systems
• An accessible and reliable trading environment for both beginners and professionals
