Shipping

The general shipping method for used vehicles into Russia is through RORO (Roll-on, roll-off) ships that land in Vladivostok. Only containers into Novorossiysk. There are approximately 2 boats a month into Vladivostok.

Pre-shipping requirements

No inspection is required for vehicles going into the Russia. Provide Cars arranges the standard export procedures (deregistration/export certificate) for Russian customers.

Import Limitations

The lowest tax rates are for vehicles younger than 5 years old and older than 3 years old. Any vehicle can be imported if the appropriate tax is paid however. Taxes are also dependant on Horse Power as well as engine capacity.
